All orders are shipped from Beyond the Rack warehouses located in New York, Las Vegas, and Montreal and only shipped to addresses in North America. Beyond the Rack offers three types of shipping.
Base Rate shipping is provided free, or at low cost. Additional shipping may be charged depending on your shipping address, weight, and size of the parcel. Flat-rate shipping applies to larger and heavier items. Flat rate shipping charges are shown on the item's page. When ordering more than one flat rate shipping item, you are only charged one flat rate. The White Glove Delivery service is used for furniture deliveries. White Glove delivery ensures that your item receives the attention and special care it needs while in transit. It does not form part of base shipping and will be charged under “Additional Shipping” on the checkout page.
Some items are eligible for five-day shipping, and others may take 2-3 weeks. The longer shipping is due to Beyond the Rack only sending an order to the supplier once an event is closed. The supplier will then send the order to Beyond the Rack who then ships your order. This is part of how Beyond the Rack can provide the quality products at such low prices.
Returns at Beyond the Rack
Beyond the Rack will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied with your product as long as it is returned within a year from date of purchase. The item must be returned in original packaging and condition. The following items are excluded from the 100% satisfaction guarantee; items sold on Final clearance sales, items that pose hygiene issues if returned, such as swimwear, duvets, earrings, lingerie and toiletries. Personalized items and items that have been installed or assembled and goods that expire.
Beyond the rack must be notified within three days of damaged items delivered. Once evaluated Beyond the Rack will replace the item at no extra charge to you or refund 100% of your purchase using your method of payment when placing the order. The same applies to faulty goods except that minor faults will be repaired or a partial credit will be refunded to your Beyond the Rack account, faulty items must be reported to Beyond the Rack within ten days.
Products returned to Beyond the Rack must be in original packaging with all original tags still attached. Included in your parcel is a return shipping label which will cost you $9.95, if you do not have a Beyond the Rack coupon, which is deducted from the refund amount credited to your account. Arrange pickup or deliver the parcel to the selected carrier. You can use other shipping options however Beyond the Rack advises that you use an insured and trackable method to ship your return item.
